What we collect

This site collects what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, your email address, and your note. It is used for one purpose — replying to you and, if you want one, scoping an engagement. It is never sold or rented, and it is never shared except with the service providers named below, who process it on our behalf.

When you submit the form, our server also briefly holds your network address (IP) in memory to limit automated abuse. It is not stored in a database and is not used to identify or track you. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard request logs of traffic to this site.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, a transactional email provider, to selvan@veera.ai. This site itself keeps no database of submissions. Hosting is Vercel. Each of these processes your information under its own privacy terms and only to provide the service.

Analytics & cookies

This site sets no cookies. Analytics run on Vercel Web Analytics — a cookieless service that records aggregate page views and events (such as which button was clicked) and cannot identify you or follow you across the web. There is no Google Analytics and there are no advertising trackers.

Retention & deletion

Emails are kept in the practice’s mailbox only as long as they are needed to follow up. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write selvan@veera.ai.
